Can I provide Top Cleaners’ staff with my cleaning checklist?

Yes, and this is recommended. We can fine-tune the task list or schedule and offer some advice based on our expertise. For example, you don’t have to clean the fridge or windows every week. This can be done bi-weekly or once a month.

Can my regular technician do additional cleaning tasks not covered in my daily program?

Certainly, just inform us about your request via phone or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Bear in mind some services, like upholstery cleaning or carpet washing, require additional preparation in terms of equipment and detergents, and we can’t perform them with no notice.

Is shopping included in regular domestic cleaning?

For insurance purposes, we would not offer services during which the cleaner needs to leave the property, i.e. do shopping or dog walking. However, if that is a requirement, please notify us, and we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can you perform the domestic cleaning if I have a pet in the home?

Most cleaners do not mind working around pets, but please do ask and inform us in advance, so we can assign the right cleaner for your home. Top Cleaners does not offer specific pet care and are not certified to look after live animals.
